Krauchenwies, 6 July 2009 – LED day driving lights are in. Mercedes Tuner Carlsson offers now modules for C and S-class, with which those send themselves lights re-tool let. Besides the modules contain still of fog headlights.

Not for AMG models
With the C-class the part fits for all models, except the AMG variants and the versions with AMG package. Thus the Stuttgart middle class already receives the optics of the Facelift model, which comes 2011 on the market. The LEDs can be operated as clearance lights at the same time with the dipping the headlights or high beam. For the S-class the module offers the optics of the straight started model care. It fits to all S-class-models of year of construction 2005 until May 2009, but again not for AMG models and cars with AMG package.

Starting from 558 euros
With all necessary connection and assembly parts a C-class-module costs 558 euros, for the S-class becomes 677 euros due. The guidelines of the standard ECE 87 to re-tooling of day driving lights are fulfilled. The modules are immediately available – not only with Carlsson, but also with the Mercedes dealer.
